I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BRAIDING SALON!!! I've been a client of these talented stylists for nine years. I've tried various braiding styles like box braids, knotless braids, Senegalese twists, cornrows, and lemonade braids here. Every stylist pays attention to detail and ensures the scalp and edges are not too tight. I always leave their salon feeling happy and satisfied. Their customer service is top-notch and the ambiance is so inviting! It can be challenging to reach out to and when you do, Fred and the employees can be impolite. In the past, he also had even worse employees he hires. I'm unsure if they are still there. However, the tall individual with the tattoo on their face (I believe their name was Drac, short for Dracula) is unpleasant and impolite. Fred does decent work, but the reason why individuals go to him is due to his pricing. He needs to enhance how he manages his business in a more professional manner. He's not very welcoming either, and I've witnessed people enter and exit due to this kind of customer service. Just came back from the store, used to be a regular until they hired this new person. The atmosphere was warm, but the fair-skinned girl with braids is EXTREMELY RUDE. Her responses to my queries were unpleasant, and her customer service was awful, making me feel uneasy. Zee has been tending to my dreadlocks for nine years. He is a professional who prioritizes the health of your hair. My hair has never been longer. Many mistake my dreadlocks for being artificial due to how tidy and consistent they are. I admire his use of natural hair products.
