Absolutely adored my visit to this salon! My hair guru was Kassidy & she had immense expertise in the various techniques of styling diverse hair textures. Most stylists struggle with my curly locks, but after Kassidy worked her magic with a trim and a luxurious conditioning session, topped off with an incredibly soothing scalp massage, my hair is now voluminous and stunning! 😻

Visited Vanessa for a hair transformation. Despite making grand promises over the phone, she fell short in person. Without a proper consultation, she dove into coloring my hair, failing to achieve the discussed shade, despite assuring me multiple times she could. She left the dye and products in my hair longer than promised, disappearing for extended periods before reappearing well past the agreed check-in time. Despite claiming expertise with black hair (I have 3b curls), I left the salon resembling an electrocuted poodle, with dry, brittle locks, even after her supposed deep conditioning treatment. Upon reaching out to address these issues, she promptly ghosted me, ignoring my concerns completely, despite my efforts to accommodate her with coffee and a tip. The end result was far from salon quality; I could have achieved the same outcome with a DIY project at home. Ultimately, I departed the salon looking nothing like her curly hair posts on social media.

Sent my girlfriend's mother to get a hair makeover, only to find out that her appointment had never been confirmed. Despite speaking with the receptionist, she received a text stating the appointment was not set. She then inquired about getting a bob cut, but was told they were unsure how to execute it, despite showcasing such styles on their website.
