I visited Shannon with a significant hair issue that needed fixing, and she delivered the precise dimensional color I had envisioned. She took the time to evaluate my hair and guide me towards my desired look while also considering the health of my hair. Shannon is truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services!

I arrived at Sam's station with what could be considered a color challenge. I had previously dyed my hair a medium red/brown using a box dye and wanted to transition back to blonde. Sam executed a full head of highlights, blending the existing color with my grey regrowth flawlessly. He did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to preserve the health of my hair during the bleaching process. I am overjoyed with the outcome, exceeding my expectations. 💕

As a new mother, I was thrilled to treat myself to a hair appointment. I booked online for a Dimensional & Root color service, but I immediately expressed uncertainty to the stylist about wanting a Dimensional look. I provided detailed explanations and showed inspirational photos. The stylist was polite but lacked clarity in communication throughout the entire process. I have been a blonde for most of my life, with light/medium brown hair that typically lifts color easily, even from dark brown to blonde. When I saw the final result, it bore almost no difference from my pre-appointment hair and did not resemble the photos I had shared. Upon voicing my disappointment, the stylist seemed perplexed and offered to "fix" it without an additional charge. I left the salon feeling disheartened, even shedding tears in my car, as my family didn't even notice a change in my hair. Returning the next day, I reiterated my desires and showed the stylist the photo once more, resulting in an additional 3-hour session. The stylist mentioned she wouldn't tone the hair unless it appeared "yellow," and I would need to pay $60 for the service. After washing and drying my hair, I requested toner due to a slight brassiness, a step I had never omitted in previous blonde sessions. This led to another hour of washing, toning, and drying. The end result was slightly lighter but still far from the desired look, despite the additional cost for toning. After spending a total of 6-7 hours at the salon and paying $210, my hair looked nearly identical to before, a stark contrast to my expectations. I felt unheard and unsatisfied, attributing it to the stylist's lack of attention and professionalism in communication.
