Katey is absolutely AMAZING!! I phoned in for a last-minute haircut and managed to secure an appointment within 45 minutes. It was my first visit to Tangles, so I wasn't sure what to anticipate. After explaining my desired style to Katey and her asking a few clarifying questions to ensure she grasped my vision, she worked her magic and exceeded my expectations. I usually prefer to relax in the chair during my haircut, so I appreciated that she didn't feel the need to engage in constant small talk (Bonus points). She exudes friendliness, professionalism, and always double-checks to ensure your hair is styled precisely as you want before finishing up. I will definitely be returning to her for my next cut.
