Sophia actually paid close attention to precisely what I desired and executed it flawlessly. I communicated my desire for distinct, choppy layers, and the result is simply stunning. It looks adorable whether curled or straightened. I've received numerous compliments on my hair... I am eagerly anticipating my next visit with her for coloring. Thank you. 💜 MANDY
I was utterly mortified, tears welled up in my eyes. The charge was a whopping $200 for a color Jaime claimed would be stunning and the haircut. Regrettably, I detest it. The color wasn't awful, but it was far from what I had requested; it was what Jaime insisted would be beautiful, and now, a few weeks later, I truly despise it. The initial image depicts the cut I had specifically asked for. The second image shows me just 15 minutes after departing the salon. The third image showcases my previous hair appearance. Jaime razored my hair until it was thin, then insisted I had very thin hair and attempted to push numerous products on me. If you examine my third picture, you'll notice that my hair is not very thin. She thinned it out with a razor. It bears no resemblance to the image I had requested. I attempted to voice my dissatisfaction, and they bombarded me with inane queries. #1) Was it the color you disliked? #2) Can we see a side view picture? Jaime was classified as a tier 6 (top-tier beautician). They did not provide any refunds or even offer an apology for her actions. I vow to never return, and I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment or Jaime. They should be ashamed.
Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with my hair!! Emily was phenomenal! I walked in with lengthy hair cascading down to my lower back...and now I sport a super short, lively style. Adorned with layers all around. No more dull hair... I wholeheartedly endorse Legal Hair.
