I had a tough time at a prior salon, nails all misshaped and askew. Khoa not just fixed the shape but also tidied them up and made them look FAB! They are so warm and the cost was quite fair! Had an all-around great time!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited the salon for a manicure and pedicure. While I was thrilled with my pedicure, I was quite disappointed with my manicure. I had inquired about a specific design, and was assured it was feasible. The manicurist repeatedly suggested a dip manicure, to which I agreed, but ultimately received a gel manicure. The entire process felt rushed, and I left feeling dissatisfied. When I tried to express my concerns, the staff became defensive. The acrylic on my nails is uneven, some areas appear chipped, and the blue color shows the base layer. I won't be returning for a manicure, but I'm giving three stars due to the excellent pedicure. (The pink nails in the inspiration picture are what I wanted, the others show the disappointing result)

Accompanied by two friends, we walked in without an appointment. Waiting for over an hour, one friend was taken in for service while the rest of us lingered. The process felt disjointed, with alternating attention between us. It took a total of 3 hours for all our nails to be completed, each costing $70. The expectation of simultaneous service for all three of us was not met, leaving me disappointed.
