The initial photo was taken the day before the salon visit. Unfortunately, the following pictures show the disastrous outcome of the hair treatment. My hair was completely ruined. Despite the stylist responsible for this mishap preparing to start a new job in less than 10 days, I was labeled a "bully" for voicing my concerns. I had requested my hair to be at collarbone length, but it ended up above the collar. The last photo displays the final result after going back to the salon for a dark toner treatment. However, the top of my head was double processed, causing significant damage. I saved a mere $20, but my hair was left in ruins, losing at least 3 years' worth of growth unnecessarily. The stylists lack basic skills like checking for even cuts. Accompanied by two friends, we walked in without an appointment. Waiting for over an hour, one friend was taken in for service while the rest of us lingered. The process felt disjointed, with alternating attention between us. It took a total of 3 hours for all our nails to be completed, each costing $70.
