I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited the salon for a manicure and pedicure. While I was thrilled with my pedicure, I was quite disappointed with my manicure. I had inquired about a specific design, and was assured it was feasible. The manicurist repeatedly suggested a dip manicure, to which I agreed, but ultimately received a gel manicure. The entire process felt rushed, and I left feeling dissatisfied. When I tried to express my concerns, the staff became defensive. The acrylic on my nails is uneven, some areas appear chipped, and the blue color shows the base layer. I won't be returning for a manicure, but I'm giving three stars due to the excellent pedicure. (The pink nails in the inspiration picture are what I wanted, the others show the disappointing result)
I absolutely adore how my nails turned out! However, I had requested gel nails but ended up with acrylics instead. I wasn't sure if they had gel available. Despite that, the service was very clean and neat, and I had a wonderful experience!
I'm absolutely thrilled with my nails! They turn out perfect every single time.
