Accompanied by two friends, we walked in without an appointment. Waiting for over an hour, one friend was taken in for service while the rest of us lingered. The process felt disjointed, with alternating attention between us. It took a total of 3 hours for all our nails to be completed, each costing $70. The expectation of simultaneous service for all three of us was not met, leaving me disappointed.
A pal had her nails done here. After years of neglect, I called 45 minutes before closing and was welcomed to come in. They accommodated me last minute, stayed past closing, and did an exceptional job. The attention to detail was evident, resulting in stunning nails. I will definitely revisit.
My initial visit left me thrilled. The staff was not only friendly but also handled my hands delicately. The end result - fabulous nails. Despite the distance from my residence, if I'm ever in town again, I will surely return.
