The initial photo was taken the day before the salon visit. Unfortunately, the following pictures show the disastrous outcome of the hair treatment. My hair was completely ruined. Despite the stylist responsible for this mishap preparing to start a new job in less than 10 days, I was labeled a "bully" for voicing my concerns. I had requested my hair to be at collarbone length, but it ended up above the collar. The last photo displays the final result after going back to the salon for a dark toner treatment. However, the top of my head was double processed, causing significant damage. I saved a mere $20, but my hair was left in ruins, losing at least 3 years' worth of growth unnecessarily. The stylists lack basic skills like checking for even cuts. Avoid this salon at all costs.

My daughter had an appointment for foils and a haircut, but she did not receive the foils she wanted. Instead, she got an overall color treatment, and the appointment lasted a lengthy 3 hours. She left feeling dissatisfied with the entire experience, as the stylist did not engage with her throughout the process. Now, she is contemplating having her haircut fixed at Cost Cutters. I would not recommend the services provided at this salon.

I had an amazing time at the salon getting my hair washed, styled, and colored. The stylist was meticulous and there was a teacher supervising the process. They truly strive to deliver the best service possible. And the price is unbeatable.
