I've attempted three days straight to reach out to this establishment to book a birthday celebration for my daughter. The phone line is constantly busy! Furthermore, the email address I discovered online is no longer valid. It's truly perplexing!!
Had my nearly 2-year-old's ears pierced at this location and I will never again opt for Claire's to pierce any of my children's ears. The individuals who pierced my daughter's ears insisted I purchase infant-sized earrings which amounted to $80. I was taken aback by the price but trusted their judgment. However, the earrings kept slipping out of her ears as the rods were too small. One piercing closed up because I only noticed the missing earring when the hole had sealed shut. Despite contacting the store, I was directed to call a 1-800 number which proved unhelpful. They refused a refund due to lack of receipt or earring. Opt for a professional piercing/tattoo shop for your little ones. We had her ears re-pierced recently by a skilled gentleman for only $40. Now, my daughter sports normal-sized earrings with no issues of them poking her neck as Claire's warned.
The supervisor Alex there is extremely impolite and each visit she shadows me around the store. I'm uncertain if it's due to my age or ethnicity but I do feel targeted. This issue should be addressed promptly as the other staff members are quite welcoming!
