I enjoy visiting this salon for nail services. The prices are reasonable at $45 for a full set, $40 for a refill and recolor, and $45 for repairs. The staff members are friendly, and even my mother, who also frequents the salon, has had positive experiences here. I highly recommend their services.
Avoid that place, they overcharge and have terrible customer service. I was charged $115 for a basic nail service without any polish or design. Despite my nails being of medium length, the technician insisted on the higher price. Save your money and visit Tracy's nail shop down the street.
The pedicure was decent, but Gail, the only dark-skinned Hispanic employee, was extremely impolite. She applied excessive pressure while filing my nails, resulting in a small cut. When I asked for an antibiotic ointment, she questioned the necessity and dismissed my concerns. I felt uncomfortable throughout the experience and will not be returning to Queen Nails due to their disrespectful behavior and unsanitary practices.
