This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to in the United States! I do not like to leave bad reviews and I very much understand accidents but after being cut badly (bad enough to need the green antiseptic to stop the bleeding) during a pedicure and many MANY minor cuts in the same sitting without any communication or apology or anything at all I will NEVER be back and I hope you don’t either!! I literally am going to see my Dr. tomorrow for a Rx and I’m not being dramatic! He cut my cuticle completely off and I have many other bleeding areas not to mention hardly any nail left. I have been a patron here for nearly a year now. Every visit leaves me content and happy! I have had all the staff members work on my nails, and I always receive compliments from everyone! I appreciate the requirement to book and have a scheduled appointment! Undoubtedly, the finest place in Statesboro to have your nails done! My experience was horrible. The staff was not welcoming at all. The place was nasty and dirty. The women there are rude and lazy! Everyone was on their phones the entire time, walking around doing nothing, laying around on couches, eating, not washing their hands, etc! The lady that braided my hair dropped the comb on the nasty floor, picked it up and started back doing my hair! The chair I sat in was broken so it was very uncomfortable. It took the woman 10hrs 30mins just to braid my hair. She asked about 5 of the other girls to help her out and every last one of them said, NO! I was pissed! My hair was braided Saturday and removed by Thursday! What a waste of 220.00 + 20.00 tip! The braids were nice but she didn’t speak English and didn’t understand the style I wanted! My spouse saw Taylor this morning. Our debut visit here. The ambiance was inviting, entertaining, and our young child absolutely ADORED observing all the barbers excelling at their craft.
