This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to in the United States! I do not like to leave bad reviews and I very much understand accidents but after being cut badly (bad enough to need the green antiseptic to stop the bleeding) during a pedicure and many MANY minor cuts in the same sitting without any communication or apology or anything at all I will NEVER be back and I hope you don’t either!! I literally am going to see my Dr. tomorrow for a Rx and I’m not being dramatic! He cut my cuticle completely off and I have many other bleeding areas not to mention hardly any nail left. Not that apologizing fixes everything but both the older man and older lady were rude and kindness goes a long way!!
Be aware do not let the young woman do your nails. I didn’t even allow her to finish my nails. She had me so overwhelmed! Now I have to take another day out of my time to come back on Sunday for Emma to fix my nails. She is inexperienced and sloppy! You will be unsatisfied with your nails..
Horrible. Will never ever come back! Very unsanitary they don’t clean used products. I went in around 12:30 for a medi and pedi and didn’t leave til 4:30 with only a medi done because they took so long. And not to mention the woman “Emma” had to redo my nails because she could not do what I asked for. Both sets that I had done looked like a two year old came and messed them up. I LEFT CRYING!!!
