Attending the Arts Festival in State College, I urgently needed my hair colored and couldn't wait a week. Naomi's graciously accommodated me in their busy morning schedule the same day I phoned. Despite not seeing the place beforehand, I found it to be a clean and bustling salon, and I was delighted with my color and trim. Thank you, ladies!
