My visit to this salon was absolutely delightful. Briana styled my hair, and she is the kindest soul. I was uncertain about what I wanted, but she nailed it perfectly. Additionally, I have hearing loss in both ears, and she was very accommodating! I've already suggested this salon to my loved ones.
I experienced a facial with Taylor. She was incredibly warm and inviting. I've had facials before, but none have matched up to hers. I left the salon with radiant skin. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone! I'm eagerly anticipating my next appointment!
The folks at Serenity are incredibly friendly and accommodating! I contacted them (on somewhat short notice) to inquire about getting a formal updo for a wedding I was participating in on October 12th. Initially, they had only one slot available that didn't align with the wedding time, but the next day, they got back to me to inform that an earlier slot had opened up. I'm grateful it did because Alex did a fantastic job on my hair, ensuring I looked and felt great all day! She was very personable, and despite being from out of town, she made me feel right at home. I'll definitely consider returning to Serenity if I'm in the area and in need of any of their services!
