The reception area is spacious and accommodated around 10 to 15 patients with sufficient distancing. I requested a mask from the staff, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available for patients. I had to return to my vehicle to retrieve one. My 97-year-old Grandmother and I, along with a couple of others, felt more secure wearing masks in the waiting area. It may not be a significant issue for some, but I am aware of 2 individuals recently diagnosed with COVID. So, bring your own mask. Nonetheless, the service was professional and efficient. The staff ensured that the vision examination equipment was sanitized when we first entered any examination room. I truly valued that! Dr. Smith and his team appeared less rushed and took the time to inquire and respond to our queries. It's advisable to come prepared with your questions. Why not have a supply of masks for patients who wish to wear one in an Ophthalmologist's waiting and examination rooms? Apart from that, our experience was undeniably positive.
Dr. Smith is exceptional. Despite being incredibly busy, he doesn't hurry you through the appointment. He dedicates time to address your inquiries and elaborates on his explanations. His team is also remarkable. Always cheerful... I truly admire these individuals!!
My visit was absolutely fantastic. The individuals I encountered initially were extremely kind and professional. The entire examination was comprehensive, enjoyable, and proceeded very smoothly. I was in and out in 45 minutes - a very well-organized process!
