Shampoo has been my go-to Salon since 2002. No regrets choosing them for my hair care needs. They fully support me bringing in my own products that I've created for my hair, and their fantastic conditioners have greatly improved the health of my hair! Walking in feels like visiting family. Excellent service, wonderful people, but most importantly, my hair remains consistently healthy and beautiful.
Rescheduled my appointment three times, even cancelling last-minute on the day I had taken time off work for a midday appointment they scheduled. Very unprofessional behavior. Hoping for improvement soon.
Lack of professionalism, left waiting for over an hour after my hair was washed without any attention. Staff members chatting and eating in the back, constantly moving in and out for laundry. Didn't feel welcomed at all.
