Let me be clear, I won't be revisiting that establishment. The service was poor, the staff was lackluster, and there was no AC in the sweltering summer heat. The person cutting my hair seemed uninterested (just spinning the chair without showing me the progress), and I lost faith in their abilities when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I felt compelled to just go along with it and pay up. To the owners, I urge you to shake up the staff and enhance the service. You have a great location, but if the service is lacking, customers won't return.
I'm not fussy about my hair, but the quality of their cuts is just not up to par. I showed photos of my previous style, yet the barber completely ignored my requests. After the cut, I looked like a cartoon character with uneven strands everywhere. It was so comically bad that I had to visit another barber to salvage the mess from Stanford Hair. And to top it off, they charged me 27 dollars for a basic men's cut - not exactly a bargain.
This haircut was a total letdown. I shelled out 30 bucks for a subpar trim when I could've gotten a stellar one for 14 bucks. My style is simple, and I clearly explained what I wanted, but the stylist struggled to even out my bangs. I had to rush back to my dorm to fix the mess she made. My hair was all over the place, and I won't be returning to this salon.
