This place is quite pricey and lacks cleanliness. I waited for 20 minutes for service despite multiple available staff. The pedicure I requested for dead skin removal only involved soaking my feet without any cleaning. Additionally, when I asked for my nails to be cut, they were only filed. Overall, a disappointing experience.
In general, my visit was enjoyable. I initially came for Mother's Day and returned for a second time. My nails looked good, and I particularly liked the pedicure. However, the prices are high, and there is a lack of transparency regarding charges beyond pedicures. There is also a tendency to push for additional services. I'm still puzzled as to how a basic pedicure and a refill added up to nearly $90.
