I have been a loyal customer here for 2 years, visiting every 6 months for a trim. I always ask Tammy to take an inch off in a straight cut to maintain my hair's growth. Tammy is incredibly skilled with those scissors, and as long as she is there, I will not go anywhere else. Thank you, Tammy. See you in 6 months! 😉
It seems like they no longer care about the reviews. I am very particular about my hair and rarely let anyone cut it. Despite my cousins recommending Tammy, the experience was not good. While she did a decent job on my mom's short hair, she completely ruined my long, V-shaped hair. I had only wanted to trim the very ends, but she ended up cutting around 5 inches higher than I had requested. The damage to my hair was severe, with one side cut straight and the other in a round shape. The length that was originally at my waist is now above my waist. I was devastated and cried for hours. I strongly advise finding a different salon to avoid such damage. The staff was polite, but the Asian lady was consistently rude. Avoid this place at all costs if you love your long hair. Very unprofessional!
I was unaware of the temporary change in store hours, so I ended up being the last customer in. The service I received was extremely rough on my head and neck, leaving my throat burning and completely broken out. There was no aftershave or shaving cream used, even though they were using clippers instead of a traditional razor. The experience was so rough and rushed that it left me completely scratched up. Usually, I see Elvia who does a great job. However, if she is not available next time, I will not be returning. It's frustrating that they don't allow you to choose your hairdresser when checking in online. When I mentioned that my beard looked okay, it was hard to judge without a mirror. The lining was off, and overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.
