I have been coming to this place for two decades now!!!! I absolutely ADORE this spot. Despite moving around a bit from 15 to 33, I always make the journey to visit them!!!! My nail durability extends well past the fill time, about a month, and my eyebrows are FLAWLESS, NO ONE else touches my eyebrows except for Kelly or Ly'!!!! The team has evolved into a close-knit family and they are EXTREMELY welcoming and pleasant!!! They deliver exactly what you desire without breaking the bank, wasting your time, and adhering to more than sufficient protocols post the pandemic. I usually stick to the classic American style, but now, I'm venturing into clear pink🥰☺😘
Kelly is INCREDIBLE! She was meticulous.... patient and ensured my visit was exceptional! Update: I continued to support the establishment and whenever I used my card for payment she consistently added a few extra dollars without informing me or seeking permission.... when I inquired about it.... she simply chuckled.... the last fill was extremely disappointing... such a letdown
UPDATE! I'm expanding on my feedback because I want to showcase my nails just 5 DAYS LATER. I just discovered that a base coat was never applied to my nails. I'm being so critical because I treated myself to a $60 manicure and pedicure & this is the state of my nails, pitiful. I refuse to walk around with chipped and peeling nails so I had to remove the chipped/peeled polish. Luckily, my toes still look great, I'm sure it's because she applied a base coat on them!
