Walk-in customers seeking repairs are turned away and told to make appointments, despite the presence of vacancies. My niece also accompanied me and specified a color, only for the artist to apply a different color to each finger. I am left bewildered and will not be a returning customer.

After filing down my nails, she attempted to apply lotion without cleaning the debris. When I requested to wash my hands first, she left white nail polish residue on the sides, which she failed to tidy up. After voicing my concerns and requesting another technician to clean up, my nails began to peel the following day, indicating a lack of proper care.
