Store 930 is absolutely terrible! I had just been in the vicinity near Victoria Secret, store 849, where I had the pleasure of being served by JAMILYAH. She offered me additional financing options that I could immediately use for my significant purchase. Her sales skills were exceptional, and I felt comfortable returning the recently bought items. I would have easily given a five-star review based on that experience alone. However, I had to return to make an exchange. Unfortunately, the registers at 849 were temporarily down, and I was directed to store 930 by the escalators for assistance since they were not as busy. I approached Bridget for help with my return as the system at 849 was down, but she insisted I go back there and wait. Bridget was unwilling to assist me. I will not be returning to store 930. I could have understood if Bridget was occupied, but she was simply leaning on the counter doing nothing at all! Bridget, you need to improve!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!
JAMILYAH has consistently been a great help with every transaction. Her knowledge and OUTSTANDING customer service truly stand out. She even assisted us after the store had closed. She is exceptional, and I will always visit when she's on duty.
