Went in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure. My nails are uneven and bumpy. The polish on the tips is much thicker than the rest of my nail. My cuticles were also roughly handled. I won't be returning.
Scheduled an appointment days in advance and clearly stated what we wanted. One pedicure and two acrylics. For 2 PEOPLE! We expected to have them done together, but they insisted on doing them separately due to other appointments. Why not prioritize this one first? The service was accompanied by extreme back talk and sass. They even charged $5 for a shape and seemed annoyed when my friend asked for more definition. There were hardly any color options available. They mocked us throughout the service. My cuticles look worse than when I arrived!!! And at the end, they didn't bother to move our things to the drying station. Avoid this place at all costs. The worst customer service I've encountered!
I’m truly upset 😭 I've been here many times, but this is my first bad experience. I went for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Pedicure was fine. But when it came to my manicure, I have naturally long nails and just wanted a small trim and reshaping. The person cut my nails way too short and made my cuticles bleed on at least 3 fingers. I asked for solid white polish, but she started with a pearl white instead. I had to stop her halfway through and ask for the right color. Even the paint job seemed sloppy. I still tipped $20 because I'm too kind, but I won't be coming back here. 😞
