The individual working at this establishment displayed a lack of professionalism. During my recent visit for eyebrow threading, only the top and bottom areas were attended to. Neglecting the space between the eyebrows, a standard practice at other locations, was disappointing. Additionally, when attempting to tip via card receipt, I was asked if I had cash instead. Gratitude for any tip should be shown, given the quality of service provided. It is evident that a replacement is necessary at this location. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
I have frequented this establishment for the past few months, availing of services such as eyebrow coloring and face waxing for a consistent fee of $25. However, during my recent visit, a different individual attended to me and charged $40 for the same services. Feeling both upset and deceived, I have decided that this will be my final visit. It is imperative for the management to ensure a reliable and consistent staff, as well as maintain transparency in pricing, especially in the absence of the owner, "Davi". I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
