I’ve been seeing LT (Leticia) for years and couldn’t be more pleased to see her run this new salon. The American Pro embodies everything that I’ve come to know about her... She is clean, thorough, professional, and passionate about her art. From the moment you walk in, the whole team makes an effort to ensure you feel relaxed and at ease. I never feel hurried or dissatisfied with my services. I’m always welcomed with a friendly greeting and a beverage. Personally, the quality of my nails is just as crucial as my salon experience, which is why I will never go elsewhere. Highly professional and hygienic setting! My first visit was for a pedicure, and it was the best one I've had in a while, Vivian was exceptional! I returned two days later for a nail touch-up by Kelvin, and he works wonders! I highly recommend this place! Got my eyebrows shaped and tinted today. Had an amazing experience with Ava. She did a fantastic job, better than I've ever had done before. My eyebrows were quite thin, but she made them look fuller and so natural. She even tinted my eyelashes, something I've never tried. Being blonde, my eyebrows and eyelashes are extremely light, but she made them look incredibly natural. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be returning. I am very satisfied with the five-star ratings, and they are truly deserved. The individual working at this establishment displayed a lack of professionalism. During my recent visit for eyebrow threading, only the top and bottom areas were attended to. Neglecting the space between the eyebrows, a standard practice at other locations, was disappointing. Additionally, when attempting to tip via card receipt, I was asked if I had cash instead. Gratitude for any tip should be shown, given the quality of service provided. It is evident that a replacement is necessary at this location. Went in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure. My nails are uneven and bumpy. The polish on the tips is much thicker than the rest of my nail. My cuticles were also roughly handled. I won't be returning.About

Our initial visit here with my spouse and two young daughters was delightful. The pedicures were a hit, especially with the princess chairs that captivated my girls. The staff's kindness towards my daughters was heartwarming. Surprisingly, even my husband, not one for such experiences, mentioned he'd join us for a return visit.
