Robert Smith I have visited this establishment several times for pedicures and believe I have sufficient experience to provide an accurate and honest assessment. On two occasions, I made appointments over the phone only to arrive and be informed that I would have to wait. Most recently, upon signing in, I noticed two vacant seats that were promptly given to individuals who arrived after me, despite my 20-minute wait. It seems I may need to seek out a different salon that does not find it unusual for a man to seek foot care.
Absolutely dreadful experience! Avoid getting acrylic nails here. The application process felt rushed, resulting in a sloppy and unattractive finish. Not worth the $60 price tag. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with dismissive responses like "it's fine." Moreover, the technician trimmed my nails far too short, causing discomfort.
I have adored this salon for over three years now; it captured my heart from the very first visit, and it remains the only place I choose for my nail treatments. Each session leaves me absolutely delighted, and I am eager to provide them with a glowing review.
