I was away on a trip when one of my nails broke. It was time for a touch-up anyway. I visited this salon where I received good service. I'm not giving it a perfect 5 stars because of the nail technician I had. I misinterpreted her instructions and was then reprimanded as if I were a child for the misunderstanding, leading her to restart on one hand. I didn't appreciate the condescending tone. Yes, I made a mistake, but that happens frequently, I'm sure. I understand the technician's frustration, but they must remember who the customer is. Moreover, she wouldn't stop scolding me.
