Nicole is a truly compassionate individual, in addition to being incredibly skilled at hairstyling. I don't visit salons frequently, so I was a bit anxious at first. However, upon entering, Nicole's cheerful demeanor immediately put me at ease. She ensured that we were both in sync regarding my desired hair look, and the end result was absolutely flawless! Observing her team interact with other clients, it was evident that this salon was a cozy haven for beauty services. I am grateful for all that you and your family have done for us :)
I must express what an angel Nicole is. Due to my husband's unexpected overtime, she graciously accommodated a change in my appointment time. Furthermore, I had to bring along my three energetic kids (ages 3, 4, & 7), and despite their restlessness, she handled them with such grace when I was on the brink of exasperation. We had a future appointment scheduled for Monday to cut their hair, and she efficiently managed to do so while my color processed, saving us an additional trip. I wholeheartedly recommend her services! ❤️
Absolutely fantastic! My curls feel luxuriously soft and have a delightful bounce! I've been on the hunt for a hairdresser who can breathe life into my LONG, thick (emphasis on the T), and curly hair without hesitation.
