This establishment is fantastic! Both my spouse and I frequent it. I visit Jordan, and she performs wonders! She creates a welcoming atmosphere and is a joy to be around. Her expertise is evident, as she even provided tips on hair care. She dedicatedly worked with me to ensure my haircut was precisely what I desired. A top-notch experience. The salon itself is immaculate, charming, well-appointed, and the staff is incredibly kind and pleasant. Truly an exceptional place!
I had scheduled an online appointment with Taylor at 1:00 about a month ahead, I arrived at 12:50 on the day of my appointment. A staff member welcomed me at the front desk and mentioned that Taylor would be with me shortly. By 1:10, I inquired if I should proceed to the suite or if Taylor would come get me, and another stylist went to check. She mentioned that Taylor was finishing up and would fetch me soon. By 1:30, I asked the other stylist to inform Taylor to cancel my appointment. It's frustrating to arrive early for an appointment and not even receive a greeting from the stylist after waiting for 40 minutes. I understand the need to finish up with other clients, but the lack of communication was very impolite. I probably should have checked other reviews on this stylist before booking. I won't return.
Sam is the go-to person in Denver for a top-notch barber cut! He is meticulous in ensuring your hair is cut to perfection! He also uses a razor around the hairline. I highly recommend getting your haircut by him; he truly knows his craft! Whether you have a military background or not, he understands what you're seeking in a haircut. Thank you, Sam.
