If I could assign no stars, I absolutely would. I underwent a pedicure and got acrylics with dip powder. The pedicure fell short of even basic standards as I didn't even receive a topcoat on my nails. The dip color was a complete mismatch with my toes despite being assured it was the same color in dip form. Each nail was misaligned, and I had to repeatedly point out to the nail technician five times that they were all crooked before he made corrections. Consequently, my nails ended up as short, square stubs. Post dip powder removal, my nails displayed an uneven color distribution, appearing more pink in some areas and faded in others. I paid extra for a manicure to have my cuticles removed, yet I still have cuticles persisting around my fingers. My baby shower is scheduled for tomorrow, and all I desired was attractive nails for that one day. I wish I could just tear them all off. Given these circumstances, I have no intention of revisiting this establishment.
I had visited various nail salons in search of my desired pink and white nails. I scheduled an appointment at Springfield Nails a few weeks back. Amy attended to me, and she is truly exceptional!! She executed my nails precisely as I prefer! I have discovered my new go-to place! Thank you, Amy! You're truly the finest!
