It was my debut getting my nails done. Sunny attended to me. The service was exceptional and she consistently ensured I was at ease. The individual at the register was also very pleasant. I will definitely designate this as my preferred spot, everyone was exceptional and compassionate. A perfect ten out of ten experience.
A fantastic location for a pedicure. The chairs are fresh and spotless. The quality of foot massages varies depending on the provider. Dip manicures typically last 2-3 weeks for me, which is excellent. The prices are fair and they offer a selection of beverages. A fun spot to visit solo or with a few companions. It is advisable to make reservations for weekends and later hours. Walk-ins are welcome and promptly accommodated during slower periods. I once visited around 11 am and was seated immediately for a pedicure.
I have visited this place previously and had a great experience the first time. However, the second time, the individual seemed irritated about having to do my nails, despite it being their job. On this third visit, I am extremely dismayed and disheartened. I had saved up to have my nails professionally done, costing me $70, and not only were they not done to my specifications, but within less than a week, I have already lost three nails on each hand. In my past encounters, when issues arise with nails, salons often either appear skeptical or attempt to shift blame onto the customer. I sincerely hope that your establishment operates differently.
