The stylist Kim provided me with a terrible experience today. She cut off my long locks and completely disregarded the style I requested. She nearly tore out my tragus piercing. She showed no concern for my distress over the botched haircut. Throughout the process, she was rough, tugging at my hair and complaining about its thickness due to its curly nature. She treated my autistic son poorly, giving orders without engaging in conversation. She's a terrible individual and stylist. I've reached out to the corporate office and will persist until this issue is resolved. Despite my dissatisfaction, I was still required to pay for the haircut, despite myself and another stylist agreeing it was not what I asked for.About

My son and I went and got our nails done and were deceived about the cost, then overcharged. They didn't heed our preferences and did their own thing. I cannot express how amazing my experience was. I felt anxious, but Megan took care of me! The level of kindness and professionalism was unmatched in my history. The team is fantastic, even when busy with many clients, they still make sure you feel pampered and looked after. She grasped the task perfectly, and I actually shed tears of joy. I have never been to a more welcoming and excellent salon. Thank you all so much.
