I absolutely adore this beauty parlor. I phoned around a fortnight ago, inquiring about having my hair dyed. I conversed with the proprietor (Eli), over the phone and then visited the salon. The proprietor sat down with me, prior to coloring my hair and enlightened me, on the coloring procedure. I was truly impressed.
