Nicole is a truly compassionate individual, in addition to being incredibly skilled at hairstyling. I don't visit salons frequently, so I was a bit anxious at first. However, upon entering, Nicole's cheerful demeanor immediately put me at ease. She ensured that we were both in sync regarding my desired hair look, and the end result was absolutely flawless! I was away on a trip when one of my nails broke. It was time for a touch-up anyway. I visited this salon where I received good service. I'm not giving it a perfect 5 stars because of the nail technician I had. I misinterpreted her instructions and was then reprimanded as if I were a child for the misunderstanding, leading her to restart on one hand. I didn't appreciate the condescending tone. Yes, I made a mistake, but that happens frequently, I'm sure. I understand the technician's frustration, but they must remember who the customer is. Moreover, she wouldn't stop scolding me. Taylor did my hair for my wedding and they and a coworker did the hair for all of my bridesmaids as well. Everyone looked beautiful! They listened to everyone's ideas for their hair and made sure the styles not only looked good but would last throughout the day. Not only that, we had a fantastic time together the morning of my wedding.
