I can't recall the individual who worked on my nails, as she didn't share her name with me. However, I showed her a reference photo, and she responded with a loud sigh, appearing quite irritated throughout the initial part of the manicure. She was rather harsh with my hands, causing three of my fingers on my right hand to bleed (which I assume is somewhat normal, but her approach was still quite rough). The star design on my right hand was too thin, so I requested for her to redo it, which seemed to further annoy her. It's worth noting that I mentioned she didn't have to proceed with the design if she didn't want to. Towards the end, during the arm massage, her technique was excruciatingly forceful, causing significant discomfort and almost cutting off blood circulation to my arm. Additionally, on my left arm, she kept pressing her thumb into my elbow, resulting in extreme pain.
I have visited L.U.S.H. for nail services on several occasions, and they have never disappointed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in all aspects of their service. Thank you for consistently exceeding expectations!
