Rhonda provided me with an amazing haircut - as always! I used to visit her in Dayton, but now that she's relocated to the Austin Landing branch, I'll follow her there. She definitely deserves 5 stars!
I managed to complete my check-in online prior to my arrival. They informed me when it was my turn to enter the salon, with approximately 15 minutes until I could be attended to. The service was prompt, welcoming, and efficient.
Toni was fantastic! Sometimes it's tough to articulate your desired hair look. I needed a fix, and Toni grasped my request, delivering exactly what I envisioned. I'm thrilled and will specifically request her in the future!
