Tausha was FANTASTIC! She has been by my side since even before day 1 of my BBL. I'm now 7 weeks post-op, and she continues to offer support and guide me through all the stages and Phases. She addresses all my inquiries and provides outstanding post-op guidance. I wish I could give her a 10! I am extremely pleased. She is highly professional, polite, and compassionate. The service is usually satisfactory, but today when I arrived, there was only one technician available. A Caucasian couple entered without acknowledgment, and the technician, who was working on my nails as a Black woman, chose to assist the couple instead of finishing with me, the first customer present. I tried not to react to the situation based on my skin color and contemplated leaving without paying, timing how long it would take for her to return. She spent about 15 minutes with the couple before coming back to complete my nails. The customer service today was terrible, and when I addressed her actions, she became defensive. It is unacceptable for an establishment to prioritize customers based on their race. This issue needs to be addressed. Furthermore, she was upset about giving me a $15 discount and refused to add the diamonds I had initially requested on my nails before her careless decision. It was disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.About

Excuse my henna-stained fingers. I asked for black shellac, but I'm disappointed. The polish is sheer, showing my skin underneath, and it's already chipping after a few days. I called for help, but they insisted I come in, which is inconvenient for me. They wouldn't offer a solution over the phone. I just wanted nice black nails for Halloween, but it's been a letdown.About
