Excuse my henna-stained fingers. I asked for black shellac, but I'm disappointed. The polish is sheer, showing my skin underneath, and it's already chipping after a few days. I called for help, but they insisted I come in, which is inconvenient for me. They wouldn't offer a solution over the phone. I just wanted nice black nails for Halloween, but it's been a letdown.
My first time getting dip nails here. Cindy did a great job, and I love how they turned out. It's a bit pricey for just color, but if it lasts 3 weeks, it might be worth it. I usually expect a hand scrub and massage at this price. The color was 2 shades lighter than the swatch, but they fixed it for free. I'm impressed with the service.
Just stepped out of the salon. Cindy did my nails. I tried to mention that the polish might be old as my nails look dull. She got defensive, saying it's what they use daily, not addressing the issue. When I asked about the owner, she said they weren't in. I clarified I wanted to know who the owner was, not if they were present. She claimed not to know. I questioned how she didn't know the salon's owner, but she ignored me. After pressing, she finally said her name was Cindy (which I doubt) and that the owner was Henry (also doubtful). I doubt "Cindy" is even licensed. If not, I'll report to the state board. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I went back to see her license, but suddenly no one spoke English, and no license was shown. They'll hear from the State board!
