I was referred to this salon and decided to try it out instead of my regular spot which is further away. The shape of my nails turned out unattractive and not at all what I had in mind. I was quite disappointed with the outcome. The next day, I returned to have them fixed, but the technician who initially did them, Cindy, was not available. While leaving, I encountered a police officer who advised me to request a receipt and consider filing a small claims court case. However, the salon refused to provide a receipt and suggested I contact the nail artist directly.
