AVOID THIS PLACE! I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. During my pedicure, the water was cold and I didn't see them use a new foot scrub, which was concerning. Then, when I got dip nails from Lisa, she kept wiping them off and blaming the color I chose for the bumpy and uneven finish. She got defensive when I expressed my dissatisfaction and charged me the full $50 for poorly done nails. I would not recommend this place at all, terrible service and they only care about money.
Consistently excellent service here. Mihn and his wife, Lisa, are like family. Mihn always does a fantastic job, especially with my Independence Day nail designs. I've been a loyal customer for years.
Decided to try this salon after passing by frequently. Tracy was assigned as my nail technician. Initially, the man working there was friendly and directed me to a seat. I requested almond acrylic nails with a grey base and a thin black French tip. However, Tracy's execution was disappointing. She didn't follow my instructions properly, and the result looked amateurish. Despite her complaining about the heat and some issue with the A/C, the service was slow. After waiting for two hours for a simple set of nails, I left. By Sunday, one nail had popped off, and after just four days, two more were lifting. Not worth the $40 spent.
