I have a deep appreciation for this establishment when it comes to haircuts. The staff is consistently friendly, and I appreciate that my preferred style is saved in their records for future visits. The current pricing is reasonable and reflects the quality of service provided.
I have shared positive feedback about Superb Clips before. However, this recent visit did not meet my expectations. Historically, they were well-staffed and efficient in accommodating customers. Unfortunately, during my last two visits, there was a lack of staff present. Even if you physically wait, the online check-in system overrides your presence. I find this process frustrating. The walk-in sign should be removed as it does not align with the clientele they aim to attract. While I understand they may not miss my patronage, I have decided not to return. Hesperia boasts numerous other barbershops to choose from.
It's disheartening when businesses turn away customers even when they are open. I entered 20 minutes before closing time for a quick haircut and was informed that walk-ins were not accepted, despite the inability to check in through the app. Presenting themselves as a high-end salon is unreasonable considering the location in the high desert where finances are often tight. It appears that customer patronage and gratuities are undervalued.
