First time here I got the deluxe burger with extra cheese and fries, and it was amazing. The chef took very good care of me, took their time and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail was wonderful. Will be coming back to Big Bite.
Out of all the burger joints I have been to and tried, this was my first time trying Big Bite, and I was told when I made an order that I would not regret it, and I do not. Alex was my server today and he took excellent care of me throughout the entire meal. A great conversationalist that is knowledgeable about the menu. He was helping me with a custom burger that I wanted to try, and it turned out better than expected, all credit going to him. It was new, it was interesting and I am beyond impressed with the taste. Easily one of the best, if not the best, burgers I've ever had. I will be going back many many times and would highly recommend the restaurant. All the staff are extremely nice and very easy to talk to, and well suited in their roles. I was looking for a new burger spot and I found it.
Sam is great. I've tried many diners in the Midwest & they are so so. Sam does a great job. Always cooks my food perfectly and presents it nicely. His prices are very reasonable. I recommend him.
