AVOID THIS PLACE! I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. During my pedicure, the water was cold and I didn't see them use a new foot scrub, which was concerning. Then, when I got dip nails from Lisa, she kept wiping them off and blaming the color I chose for the bumpy and uneven finish. She got defensive when I expressed my dissatisfaction and charged me the full $50 for poorly done nails. I've finally discovered a salon that I want to return to! I've visited numerous salons in the HD area, and every time I requested a stylist experienced in cutting thick and curly hair, I was paired with someone fresh out of school who was unsure of what to do. When I visited Hair Precinct, Laura, the proprietor, cut my hair. She is skilled and knowledgeable! She was so kind and easy to converse with. She inquired about my preferences, and then we tailored the style to suit my hair type and usual styling routine. She was exceptional, and I'm thrilled I found this place. I'll definitely be a regular here; no more salon hopping for me!

Avery is ASTOUNDING! Their customer service is exceptional, the interior is spotless and decorated very charming! Everyone was chuckling and having a wonderful time, it was a fantastic ambiance!
My daughter had her hair color rectified and Avery was extremely patient with her!
