I don't get my haircut frequently, but when I do, I always choose this place. I've been a customer here for around 6 years, and I have never been disappointed. Calvin and his team are true professionals and somehow always manage to cut my hair exactly as I like, even when I struggle to explain. Everyone is friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work! The shop can get quite busy, so it's best not to rush here. However, even with 7 or 8 people waiting today, I was in and out in under an hour. Fantastic service and top-notch haircuts!
The shop owner is rude and unprofessional. After waiting for 40 minutes, the shop owner refused to cut my daughter's and my hair because it was almost closing time. When I asked why he didn't inform us earlier, instead of making us wait, he started shouting and said it was not his problem. I questioned if it was appropriate to have a child waiting outside his shop, located between a bar and a liquor store, or if we were just waiting for our turn like the other customers who were not turned away. This made the shop owner even more frustrated and he continued shouting. There are plenty of other skilled barbershops where I can take my business.
