I had a strange experience here. The nail tech Alex was impolite to me at the start of my appointment. Debating with me about the design I wanted. After simplifying my request she then tells a client she doesn't offer dip services after I had just asked for them and she agreed. I appreciate her honesty in saying she doesn't like to provide this service, but it still made me uneasy as it was my first time there and I wasn't sure if she didn't like it because she couldn't do it well or if she just didn't enjoy it. I got my nails done on Friday 8/14/20. My nails are chipped and breaking off 4 days later on Tuesday 8/18/20. This has never happened to me before and to make matters worse, these are my birthday nails. (INDIVIDUALS YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS) Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the unprofessional service.
