I had a strange experience here. The nail tech Alex was impolite to me at the start of my appointment. Debating with me about the design I wanted. After simplifying my request she then tells a client she doesn't offer dip services after I had just asked for them and she agreed. I appreciate her honesty in saying she doesn't like to provide this service, but it still made me uneasy as it was my first time there and I wasn't sure if she didn't like it because she couldn't do it well or if she just didn't enjoy it. I got my nails done on Friday 8/14/20. My nails are chipped and breaking off 4 days later on Tuesday 8/18/20. This has never happened to me before and to make matters worse, these are my birthday nails. (INDIVIDUALS YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS) Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the unprofessional service.
Do not bring your kids here!!!! Took my child for her first ever nail appointment for her birthday and we were treated like such a bother, the person was rude the entire time even before she sat down. She stayed still as a statue and he still complained about her quietly IN FRONT OF her. Worst experience ever, I left in tears for my daughter who was so thrilled to get 'Elsa' nails.
I absolutely highly recommend them. I just moved to the area in January & I must say I chose the right place to care for myself & family. Pedicures and manicures are a must. It's serene clean as well as an awesome atmosphere with a smile from your greeter once you walk through the doors. You won't be disappointed.
