If I could assign a negative rating, I would. This place is terrible! Excessive product was used on my nails, the filing and shaping are dreadful. I requested blue tips, and they forgot, insisting I pay with a base color until I reminded them of my preference. They even argued with me despite showing a reference photo upon my arrival, which I kept on my phone for them to reference. I paid way too much for the subpar service, $124 for blue French tip nails... and a week later, one of them cracked my nail in half. Normally, if I hit a nail, it simply falls off, but due to the excessive product, the nail tore in half, damaging my actual nail in the process. In agony and utterly dissatisfied, I vow to never return! They neglected to cut my cuticles or apply nail oil, and the handwashing area is uninviting.
