I brought my elderly parent in for their inaugural pedicure. They had a delightful experience and remarked on the pleasant ambiance, the view of the yard from the window, and how wonderful Kayla is. Kayla was exceptional! She ensured my parent was comfortable and patiently answered their repeated questions with the same level of enthusiasm each time. Update: I wanted to provide an update on my previous review from three years ago. Kayla continues to impress me with her knowledge, talent, and energy. I have since indulged in multiple facials, lash lifts, eyebrow tints, and facial waxing sessions. I must emphasize that I have never experienced a waxing session like hers. She is meticulous and attentive. Instead of applying a large amount of wax in one go, she carefully uses small pieces to follow the hair growth direction. The difference is remarkable - I never experience breakouts from her waxes, and the hair does not break. It is removed from the root, leading to slower and finer regrowth. And it is virtually painless! I thoroughly enjoy her services. Following a facial, my skin radiates for days. Thank you, Kayla. Our community is truly fortunate to have you!

Absolutely cannot wait to return! I desired turquoise, and they offered to blend a hue for me, but I opted for this shade instead. They were incredibly kind in explaining everything and open to experimenting with different styles. There are plenty of unique accent options to explore. It's been nearly a week since my visit, and my job at a warehouse has left my cuticles less than perfect; however, they did a fantastic job cleaning them up. I am definitely planning to return to try out the lash lift after their informative explanation. 😊
